Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here!

Hello,

I am posting on behalf of my mother who has lost all her emails from before last Tuesday. Reading various threads I should imagine it is quite likely she has exceeded her maximum capacity and they have been archived.

Can they be unarchived and I can help her to delete and reduce them?

The account is in the username

Hi Jon,

I hope you are well. 

I have checked the status of the emails and they were restored yesterday. If the mailbox is still over the 1000MB limit after 7 days (18th January in this case) they will be archived again. 

I hope this helps.

Please can you confirm you have checked webmail for your restored emails?

The username format is [username]+[mailbox] and then the password for the mailbox in question.
