Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here!

Hi. I have a mailbox that was archived over a month ago, which I'm trying to get restored so I can deal with it properly. Using the service ticket process (as per the instructions on the archiving email) is proving completely fruitless. It's stuck in an endless loop between customer service and tech teams, amazingly with no-one able to spot and resolve.

You can disregard my request. I didn't hear anything for several days so I found an alternative way to retrieve the mails from backups.

PlusNet - is anyone monitoring this thread? Maybe it should be closed off if not.

I have no idea if my emails have been archived or not, however they were there one minute and totally removed the next along with all my sub folders. Can someone please confirm if they have been archived?

@chlorophil, @RF25 It looks like we've since got that sorted for you

@floydbonus Even though it's been a couple of months we should be able to unarchive your emails if you'd still want?

@robert5smith, @JD2 From what I can see we haven't archived your mail, have you received a notification that we have? 

@kellygarf, @Bodger2020 I've raised NetOps tasks to unarchive your mail which should be done within 3 working days.

Let me know if there's anything else anybody needs help with.
