Could one of the PlusNet Team please tell me how to request unarchiving of my email?   The email I've received states 

To request your email account is un-archived, please respond to this message using the Help Assistant available on our website -https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcontactus.plus.net%2F&data=05%7...

If we don't hear from you then the emails will be deleted.

The mail was sent from an unmonitored account...and the Help Assistant is conspicuous by it's absence - the link takes you to the contact us page with only a phone number option...not the best help I've encountered so far.

Hiya @bravoecho75, thanks for your request. I'm not seeing the notice on the account to advise your mail has been archived, can you advise if the email received advises this is due to reaching capacity or due to it not being accessed in a while?
