Hello Adam,
Can I check that you got my private message with username and that my mailbox can be restored soon? I have a invoice in there that needs paying urgently 😞 and need the details in the email to do so. Thanks

Could you tell me how I avoid the temporary folders i make in outlook being copied back into webmail? I use these to export backups but sometimes find them lingering in the trash on webmail, from there it's struggle to delete them. Thank you
If you make a new folder under the mail account in Outlook, you are creating a new folder in the mail account and that will be sync'd back to the server.
If you want to create LOCAL folders, then you need to do that within a LOCAL Outlook Data File. See Video: Create and use Personal Folders (Outlook Data Files) (microsoft.com)

@Townman
I do something similar in Thunderbird using local folders and even have a copy of current sent mail there, just in case! The idea is that you can have a copy local as a form of archive, and still have current in PN mail. The content that you have archived can then be deleted from my own account email on PN as you wish. This way you can view all your current emails whether at the computer, on your phone, tablet, at work etc.

Hey @kerryblack,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Do you know when the mailbox was archived?

Thanks for confirming that. I'm afraid that we only hold onto archived emails and mailboxes for up to 90 days, so unfortunately we wouldn't be able to recover the mailbox on this occasion. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Hi @longlee,
I've raised that now and your mail should be unarchived within 3 to 5 working days.

@longlee, we've unarchived your mailbox but we see that along with another mailbox that begins in j, you're over the 1GB quota again. Would you be able to go into webmail.plus.net and delete any emails you don't want to keep?
Alternatively could you archive them locally to a device through a mail client? If you're unsure how, I'm sure someone from the Community will be able to help you.
