Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here!

Hi i think my email may have been archived. Not sure what has happened all of a sudden i cant send or receive emails on either of my phone or on my laptop. i have accessed my webmail and i'm sure it not gone over its alocation of space.

My webmail looks like it might be working so not sure whats going on.

Hi there, there's nothing on the account to show that we've archived your messages, if it's still an issue it would be best to make sure you've not exceeded the 250mb allowance when going through webmail.

 Not sure what has happened.

My emails seem to be working normally now.

 On the Webmail when i opened it there was about 14 emails in the inbox from last night.

How ever the rest of the 600+ mails that were on there have now gone!

I dont suppose i really need them back  so probably will leave as is. I was going to delete any large emails. It could be I deleted them all I seem to remember seeing them all in the Deleted Items box but couldn't do anything to bring them back

For information . I never seem to get any warning email before things like this happen? i only have two accounts on Plusnet the globalnet email account and another password diplomat1 which i only ever receive admin type emails relating to my bills or more recently my new broadband package.

Please may I have my emails unarchived.  All mailboxes please.  There's probably only one that's been archived - inbox.

I've been trying to keep the size below 1Gb but I've been on holiday so couldn't check this week.

Also I can't see the mailbox sizes in th webmail system so it's extra difficult to keep control.

Wondering if I could get a ticket set up to unarchive my wife's mailbox so I can purge it to a decent volume. Email was sent to me on the 15/2/2023. Thankyou in advance

I have two email accounts.  I see from the one which is linked to my current username (starting ms.....) that that mailbox has been archived because of lack of use.  That is not a problem, because I don't use it.

But it seems that the email account which I do use (starting mp...) has also been archived.  Please restore it.
