Hello, my email mailbox (me*********@*******.plus.com) was archived yesterday. Could you please unarchive the said mailbox for me so that I can clean it up and reduce the size..

Sometime in February . Not sure why that matters. My folders are all empty. It's really been archived. What's the problem???

Two reasons…
There are two different archive processes - exceeding the FUP which leaves notes in the CRM for staff to find and mail box inactive for over 90 days which does not.
Archives are retained for only 30 days.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Drat! I had login details for other accounts stored there. Not happy about this at all.
Meanwhile, how do I stop geting sent every message on this thread??????

Change your personal settings (top right "behind" your name) to not send post emails. [Subscriptions & Settings / Notifications]
and / or
Click the THREAD OPTIONS below and click UNSUBSCRIBE.

Please can you unarchive my mailbox. All my emails have been removed overnight. Literally nothing left.
I phoned the customer service number but the person at the other end didn't really seem to understand the request. I have some important emails from various agencies I need, so the fact they have all disappeared is very inconvenient.
I don't get why you don't just remove the older ones? Archiving the entire mailbox seems crazy. Also, the mail that told me it was archived was in my junk folder.

Hi
It seems I was not fast enough in clearing down my mailbox before the Plusnet auto archive of the full mailbox occurred. Would it be possible to restore it please and I will look to get an immediate clear down of junk as soon as it is restored.

Are you by chance the Brian I know Northwich way... ?
The archive process is whole mail accounts, it is an all or nothing process. If this is a fair usage exceeded archive there should have been at least three previous warnings at one week intervals. You should be able to see the history of such warnings in the account's ticket history - see the link below.

Hey, my colleague has already raised this for you yesterday, within 3 working days your emails will be unarchived. Once unarchived, delete any emails that you don't need to stay under the 1GB limit.
