Hi, 

Can someone help please.  It's been almost 2 weeks since I had issues with my emails and I reported it on here.  I am missing my emails from around the 17th of March 2023 to 13/4/2023.  I'm not sure of the reason why but would very much appreciate if they can be restored and if I am at fault, please let me know.  My email is jim@jimt*****.plus.com

Hi. I posted on 21 April about this problem but have had no information back and the problem still persists.  Three possibilities come to mind.

1. My request has yet to be processed as there is a queue of stuff waiting the attention of the appropriate team (if so knowing the length of the queue would help).
2. My input has been processed and the position is ..... 
3. Other

I would be grateful if someone could update me. Thanks.

One of our mailboxes k*****@a******.plus .com was archived and I requested for it to be unarchived - which you did however the user (naming no names - my teenage daughter) failed to empty it enough and it was archived again

Pretty please with a cherry on the top - can it be unarchived again? - it has all her University info.

Point her in the direction of cleaning up the SENT ITEMS folder ... which all too often is overlooked.
