And please advise how to best use plusnet webmail to clear down my emails. I keep getting server errors when I try.

Re webmail, what error is it that you're seeing? Can you post a screengrab?

I have lost everything in my inbox and and I had A LOT of saved emails under sub folders…
I am gutted

Morning, so Plusnet were sending me emails to tell me my webmail was getting close to it's limit and I needed to delete some messages - the email said I had used 75% - I filed it in my brain to do and I've logged in this morning and THEY HAVE ALL GONE!

No inbox, saved folders - literally nothing!

I am gutted, I had so many saved essential emails on there for everything for the kids, my life - everything

Is there any way I can get them all back - of course if I promise to delete loads and bring me back to a reasonable level?

I am trying not to lose my mind

Hi,

I lost all my folders and e-mails the other day. I've looked and can't see them to "tick" in the settings, so I think this is the issue.

Could you please unarchive my e-mails so I can go through my folders and clear them up?
