I want to change my password on an old Force9 mailbox that I still use but when I log into my portal and go to Manage Accounts I dont see an option to change the mailbox password (I dont even see the mailboxes listed just an option to change email address and portal password).
At the top in yellow it does say -
Change already in progress
which I have no idea what this is (I did change the password to reacess my portal but carnt see it being that).

@OldTimer17 welcome to the community
Try this link https://www.plus.net/manage_my_mail hopefully it will bypass the other message.
You may need to be logged in for the link to work.

Thanks. That does take me to the Manage Email page but the only email address listed is different to the one I'm using (uses an extra initial in my name) and it doesnt give an edit option (see encloded screenshot). Likewise on the Mailboxes tab it just lists the (slightly different) email address and just gives a rename option but no option to manage/change password etc.

If you only have ONE email box, you change its password by changing the ACCOUNT password.
Look at the CATCH ALL tab - if that shows catch all enabled then anything@youraccount.force9.com will go to that mailbox, so you might not see a mailbox for the address you use.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

No the Catch All status is off.
The email account I use to log into webmail is "username+firstname" so this looks like I have set up an additional mailbox. My email address is firstname@userid.force9.co.uk.
