Deleted emails

Hi,

I have somehow deleted my emails. I’m not very good with tech but they are not in my deleted folder either.

Is there any chance that a snapshot could be restored please?

They were deleted this morning 30/10/2023.

Hi @Arthur38 how do you have your emails set up? is this via imap or pop3

have you checked webmail directly to see if the emails are still in there?

Thanks for your reply. It is imap. I access them on my iPad. I have logged in to webmail but they are not there in inbox or deleted.

If you look at the email settings for the account on the iPad -> advanced ... under Mailbox Behaviours, where is "Deleted Mailbox" pointed to?

Note: iOS calls an email folder a "Mailbox" which is somewhat confusing.

It shows as ‘trash’ on server.
