Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently

Hi

I'm unable to send email, in Thunderbird and even in Webmail.

 

Emails are returned with the message "Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently"

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-5.7.26 This mail is unauthenticated

 

Does anyone know what might be causing this please?
