Emails / Domain Name stopped working

Hi

My email address has stopped working and I am being told that our domain name has expired. The below message is what people get when they try to email me.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed.

Any help greatly appreciated as it is the only email the office has and has been down for over a week now.

Which email brand is this connected to please?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Plusnet runs several email services (aka brands) which have quite different characteristics - Plusnet / Force 9 / Free online and the MAAF / Brightview group.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
