Hi
My email address has stopped working and I am being told that our domain name has expired. The below message is what people get when they try to email me.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed.
Any help greatly appreciated as it is the only email the office has and has been down for over a week now.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
