When you created your Account Name in outlook does it match exactly your email address for Plusnet?

@JohnS1, just to update after I passed the details you've private messaged me across to NetOps. My colleague in the team has identified a potential issue and he's investigating further. As soon as I know more I'll let you know.

@JohnS1, as a further update, my NetOps colleague has advised that for your type of account, there isn't what's known of as a "SPF record" showing, so Google are rejecting the emails as spam. He's raised a change to create the record as soon as possible. I can't give you a timeframe at this stage but will let you know when I know more.

Hi, I have been having the same problem - I have posted about this on the thread. Emails from username@felixe.globanet.co.uk go to gmail accounts ok but those from ****@username.globalnet.co.uk bounce back. Can you help?

I am still following this thread that I initiated many months ago. I am still having the problems described and it does sound at last that a solution is in the offing. I have had to set up a gmail account as a work around and will probably end up migrating fully to that

@JonoH - do solutions in another domain have a relevance here?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

For those who are getting bouncebacks when emailing Gmail addresses, which brand of email address do you have? For example, Plusnet, Force9, Globalnet etc.

Would you be able to private message me the full bounceback you receive when emailing a Gmail address from your Globalnet account? If possible, could the bounceback be within the last 48 hours?

Thanks for trying! From what we can see there's no SPF or DKIM record set for the username.Globalnet domain, so I've raised a NetOps task to investigate further. The change we'd done was for a Dialstart type of account. 

We're not 100% confident that this will fix the issue, but it certainly seems a step forward in the right direction.
