Error message emailing gmail.com

Hello,

I've noticed that I've had emails bounce that were sent to gmail.com email addresses from my domain hosted at Plus.net (martinwildig.com).

I have some other domains used for business hosted elsewhere that were getting the same problem, so on the suggestion of a friend I selected an option in that host company's login area to set "Generate Local DKIM Key" and also "Install the suggest record" for SPF.

That seemed to fix the problem, but I can see any options to allow me to do that with my domain hosted at Plusnet.

Is there a simple way I can do this or will it need to be done by a member of the Support Staff?

Thanks John,
I've just tried going to https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=domainv2  as that link suggested.

I clicked on the "Configure" button and I got....

No idea, I'm no networking/hosting expert. Maybe @MisterW  / @Townman will spot this and advise.

@MWildig were you logged in to the member portal ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Response code 403 means prohibited/not allowed.

Try signing into your account then click the link.

Thanks, I've logged back in and the "Configure" link works now.

I've followed the instructions to create an SPF Record.

Apparently it'll take up to 6 hours, so we'll see what happens.

Wink our revised instructions start off with "Log into the user portal"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
