Having Problems with Outlook and now have lost my keep files

Yesterday Outlook 365 became very unstable, having previously "lost" sub folders which contained the emails I wanted to keep. Now my "Keep" folder has gone in web mail even though it was there yesterday. Has it been deleted for ever, or can they emails be recovered?

First check to see if the folder is in the trash folder.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I second @Townman's response @Kevin42, if you're using IMAP too, are your folders visible on webmail?
