My emails to friends with either hotmail or gmail accounts are not being received. With gmail, I get a bounce back, with hotmail I get nothing, the emai appears to be lost in the ether.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

What does the bounce-back say? FYI, Gmail/Hotmail are notorious for rejecting valid mail.

Are you sending from a <name>@freenetname.co.uk or are you using your own domain address e.g <mailbox>@mydomain.co.uk ?

@the_mog in that case you have a problem!.
Basically you need to investigate moving your domain to another hosting provider.
Have a read through this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/All-emails-to-Gmail-bouncing-from-Freenetname/td-p/1925238

I've just tried emailing a gmail account using ****@freenetname.co.uk and that has worked.
I would rather not move my domain at the moment, so I'll just use the freenetname address when emailing gmail and hotmail accounts.
Thank you very much for your help.
Regards
Mog
