How to change f9 email passwords

Hi

I have some f9 email addresses which are still actively used by family members despite being very old. I would like to change the password on them but there's a problem.

I have three emails of the form

<user1>@<account>.f9.co.uk

<user2>@<account>.f9.co.uk

<user3>@<account>.f9.co.uk

The email settings are configured with the following user names in the server settings:
<account>+<user1>

<account>+<user2>

<account>+<user3>

I have been in to the plusnet member login, https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login, and changed the dropdown to "Force9" and changed the password there for <account>. And I've confirmed it's changed by logging out and in again.

However, this has not change the password for the three accounts listed above. They continue to need to old password to authenticate against the mail server.

So, how do I change the passwords?

Thank you!

Re: How to change f9 email passwords

@WiltshireWay login to your member centre, Select 'Manage account' and at the bootom of that page should be a 'Manage your Plusnet Mailboxes. link. Click that and then select the Mailboxes tab. There's an 'edit' option for each of the mailboxes, that will allow you to change the mailbox password.

Hope that helps
