How to change incorrect outgoing e-mail address on iphone

I hope somebody can help. I am sure I have done something stupid to make this happen, however, I can't work out how to fix it. If I send e-mails on my phone the address comes up as [me]@plusnet.com. This isn't an existing e-mail address, and when anybody replies to e-mails, they get told this e-mail address doesn't work. I would like to fix it so e-mails come from my actual plusnet e-mail address, can anybody help? Thank you.

Oh that's a tricky one!
Settings
Accounts
Select relevant account
Account settings
Add another email - put the correct email address in there
Select that address so that it has a tick
Swipe the wrong address left and delete it
Click DONE
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thank you for this reply. Unfortunately that didn't work. I wasn't able to add another e-mail address and tick it. It just had an x against, and there didn't appear any way to change it.

In the end I deleted the account and then reloaded it with the correct e-mail address, and that worked. However, I wouldn't have got that far without the suggestion made, so thank you.
