Is it just me or is Webmail broken since the weekend?

Is it just me or is Webmail broken since the weekend?

Sometime over the weekend my webmail stopped working. I get partial loads, but mainly connection closed messages. I can still load them from a client on my phone, but it seems to be much slower than normal.
All the configured mailboxes associated with the account have disappeared in webmail as well (I certainly managed to update one in my phone, so they must still be there) - in the past there was something in settings to bring them back, but some of the links don't seem to be links anymore, and it is too slow to work with anyway.

Yes, I am having the same issues. I did manage to get the simple email (squirrelmail) working but the advanced email is just timing out and my laptop client "eM Client" is also failing. Thankfully my android phone client on Gmail is hanging on but quite slow.

Pete,
Webmail only accesses one mailbox at a time - exactly what do you mean?
Have you checked the webmail performance optimisation thread at the top of the email board?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

That is not 'webmail' ... but rather a PC based email client: incorrect terminology can bring about the wrong advice.
Try setting the server time out in the email configuration to 2 minutes.

True, but both things were failing. Only Squirrelmail is still working. I have no idea how to get any diagnostics to assist in finding out why the advanced mail is not working but happy to supply some if there are and I get instructions.

Is the mailbox large?
If yes, have you looked at the Webmail optimisation thread at the top of the email board?

Sorry - folders, not mailboxes.
Not recently, but many times in the past. Unfortunately not able to check the sorting thing.

If you cannot see all of the folders in webmail, then check the folder settings - check that there is a tick mark against all of the folders.
Is there any possibility that the mailbox has been archived?

I perhaps didn't make it very clear. I am well aware of the config in folder settings. But it was not loading well enough to turn the tabs into actual links, so I couldn't get in to folder settings to check. I did manage to get in there to update them earlier this afternoon, but it took me a few goes before it marked everything correctly. I also managed to get into the list config to confirm that the sort column was still set to none.
It does seem to have recovered somewhat this evening - for the first time in a few days I can see everything that I think should be in my mailbox. Still seems pretty slow - although it is always pretty slow so it's hard to tell whether it is back to normal.
