Re: Madasafish missing?

There is a network issue under investigation.

Re: Madasafish missing?

I have the same issue with my madasafish.com email, unable to receive or send emails.  No emails received since 14:30 yesterday (Thursday).

Any update on this problem?  Is it being investigated?

Re: Madasafish missing?

Resolution is still in-flight.  DNS changes need to promulgate all of the DNS server instances.

Both madasafish.com and www.madasafish.com need to update everywhere.

Looks like it's up and running now. The webpage is back and mail is flowing again.

Re: Madasafish missing?

Just ran some more tests - can connect over PN network to the MAAF website (www.madasafish.com) but not when connected over EE mobile.

Looks as though the DNS promulgation is still a work in progress.
