There is a network issue under investigation.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have the same issue with my madasafish.com email, unable to receive or send emails. No emails received since 14:30 yesterday (Thursday).
Any update on this problem? Is it being investigated?

Resolution is still in-flight. DNS changes need to promulgate all of the DNS server instances.
Both madasafish.com and www.madasafish.com need to update everywhere.

My Outlook has just started being able to connect what appears to be reliably to get my Madasafish domain Pop 3 emails. Thanks again Townman. Your intervention on this issue has saved me a really big headache! Don't ever underestimate the good and the difference that your efforts make for others! I'm so grateful.

Email has been working normally overnight and earlier this morning. Webmail seems to be working normally now but email apps in iOS & iPad haven’t been able to connect & download messages again for the past hour or so. Seems there is an ongoing problem….

That could well be the common issue seen with iPhones & iPads (iOS issue). Try unloading the email application and then retry.

My email seems to have sprung back into life again now, on it’s own…. but if I get more problems I’ll try your suggestion.
