Mail box archived can't access helpdesk to restore

Plusnet sent an email saying they were going to archive my email box as it hadn't been accessed for 90 days and to contact the helpdesk to restore. I can't contact the helpdesk, even though logged onto my account. Have also registered with the community forum but can't reply to posts and threads. Very frustrated as I need to find emails which have disappeared.

@carpig As you have posted on here, I don't know why you can't reply. However, now you have posted, hopefully one of the Help Team will pick this up and sort you out.
EDIT to add - you could always ring PN.
