Request Deletion of Secondary Mailbox

Last year my account broke, and a new account was set up.

My secondary mailbox was resurrected on the old account, but because it's broken i don't have access to http://www.plus.net/email, it just goes to the payment page.

I'm not using this mailbox anymore and would like it deleting.  Can someone assist me in doing this?
