Not really that many - nowhere near storage quota on the one with most. Thing is, it happens on my almost empty mailboxes too.

Yes, very slow both via clients and direct Webmail. Only seeing the inbox via Webmail, very slow, no sign of the other folders, drafts, spam, deleted items, etc. Have Plusnet been notified of the fault?

This issue has again been escalated by @MisterW (who has offered detailed diagnostics) and myself.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

have an issue with plusnet webmail, " server error - failed to fetch". None of my emails showing and i want to delete some as my inbox is getting full
anyone able to help

Thank you for escalating.
I've been having issues since the weekend with my main mailbox and I use this via Outlook 2019.
It was slow and intermittent but since yesterday I have had no emails come into my main mailbox.
I've sent a test email from my Hotmail account and got a bounce back saying that Plusnet's servers suspected the email was spam.
Hopefully this can all be resolved soon

I understand the frustration you have with our email platform.
There is a current ongoing case for the email problems.
We are investigating and we'll update you as soon as we know more.

The spam response is a different issue.
Work is on-going and I have seen some improvement this afternoon. The issue is likely to be less profound where an email client is being used - though from testing I have just run, none of several clients on an android phone will download emails ... but there is not clear means of checking the connection settings, nor adjusting the connection time outs.

When you're using emails on your IOS devices, are you still using eM client? If so, are using eM client on PC where it's acting up?

It does sound more of an issue with the client especially how one is fine and the other is having problems. We don't support email clients so I would recommend having a chat with them if you're still seeing the same issues.

I've also been having problems. Not recieved any email on an Android Tablet for at least 48 hours.
Can recieve messages on a PC just fine..
I can send myself a test message from the Tablet but it never arrives back on the Tablet. It appears quickly on the PC.
I have not changed any email settings on the tablet or PC. They are as they have been for at least a year, possibly longer.
If I test the account settings on the tablet there are no error messages.
Have tried rebooting everything.
Have tried turning off VPN.
The email client says its syncing ok but there are no new messages.
Very frustrating.
