Suddenly I Can't Send E-mails

Well I can send them, but only between my own two e-mail addresses. In all other cases I receive the error message:

I've been using Plusnet for several years without problem until this occurred and I'm pretty ignorant about such things. Any ideas, please?
By the way, after I attempted to post this message Plusnet responded with "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied." I'm clueless as to what that means.

Are the rejections when trying to send to gmail addresses ?
The rejection code 550-5.7.26 is gmail asserting that the email must be authenticated by either SPF and/or DKIM.
Are you sending from a <account>.plus.com address or do you have your own domain ?

I hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it, but all the addresses in question are indeed gmail ones.
I have my own domain.
Thanks for the link. I'll study that and with any amount of luck I might be able to understand a little of it!

I've had a look at that link now, and while most of it went straight over my head I gather that it's a gmail problem and that I need to change my Plusnet settings to solve the problem.
On 25-01-2023 Townman posted what looks like useful advice, i.e. go to Manage Account -> Manage Your Domains. However, under Manage Account I can't see "Manage Your Domains", so I'm rather stuck.

Is your domain actually hosted by Plusnet ?

Oh Gawd, we're getting onto the technical stuff now. How can I find out? A techno-wizz friend of mine set the domain up for me several years ago so that I could keep my two e-mail addresses if I ever changed my Internet provider. I pay him a small rental each month for the domain. Does that help?

I send from myname@myaccount.co.uk, not from myaccount.plus.com.

A little!. I would guess that your domain is NOT hosted by Plusnet. Rather its registered somewhere else and you use that registrars basic email forwarding service.
I'm afraid you need to get hold of your friend and inform them that they need to add an SPF record to your domain to specify the Plusnet mail servers as permitted senders for your domain. If they don't understand, then I'm afraid they're not as techno-wizz as you believe!!
Note , there's nothing you can do on your Plusnet account to fix this, it has to be done on the domain configuration.

@Ianda assuming you only send email using the Plusnet servers ( relay.plus.net ) then you need your technopal to add the following SPF record to your domain using the Fasthosts control panel
v=spf1 a mx include:_spf-internal.plus.net include:_spf-internal2.plus.net ~all

Thanks to everyone here for your assistance. My Technopal made some adjustments, and I can now send and receive emails to and from gmail addresses, both from my PCs and my iPhone. Excellent!
