Unable to send emails

When trying to send an email I get an error message "Login to server relay.plus.net with username aqvh56 failed".

 

I logged into my account, visited the "Manage your account" page, scrolled to the bottom and clicked on

"Manage your Plusnet mailboxes" - this took me to the billings and payment page.

 

So I cannot send emails or check/change my email settings.

Has the set up on the failing device ever worked?

Is the connection over Plusnet’s broadband or another provider?

If another provider, are you currently in the U.K.?

How many failed attempts have been made?

What are the SMTP settings? The should be…

relay.plus.net

Encryption STARTTLS
