Re: Web mail

It's not fault.

Webmail has been on dead legs for years. Don't expect it to be improved.

Check out a thread I created in 2016 when I first experienced problems. It's still existing today and, between that and a similar thread that it was merged with, has over 130 pages of comments.

Webmail is an absolute joke, I have been trying to delete emails for days, yet I receive error messages each time I attempt to do so.

Re: Web mail

Hiya @stathe, I am sorry for the issues using webmail. In the meantime I would advise using a mail client.

You can find guides on how to set up your emails on an email client here and how IMAP works here:

Re: Web mail

@LaurenB How about sorting out webmail or explaining why PN refuse to do so?

Some of us need webmail, in addition to email clients.

Re: Web mail

That is a joke reply surely, use an email client?!

I've been trying that for the past few days and getting nothing!

Webmail is the ONLY way I can see my emails, but I can't login most of the time, nor get anything but the headers loaded the rest of the time!

Re: Web mail

They're an utter joke.

If only I could access my emails long enough to change them all to another address, I would do.

It's want they want. But I will also move my broadband as well.

Over twenty years as a customer, it means nothing to them.
