Why is my webmail Plusnet so slow to load how can I speed it up?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

If you have followed the sort sequence advice, then performance is probably related to the size of the mailbox.

Why not use an IMAP mail client on your device rather than webmail?

I have resolved this by re inserting e mail and password Thank You but my link is so very slow as barely there
