Good morning, I signed up to bt sport app via plusnet on Tuesday but my subscription doesn't appear to be active since I get the ID003 error when logging into the app which I think means the BT ID is fine but the subscription isn't assigned to the account. I followed all the instructions in the sign up process properly.
Any help resolving this would be much appreciated.

Still works on Android and Apple devices

Thanks for the comments guys but my issue is across all platforms of the bt sport app. I'll give them a call today and go from there.
