Can't set static IP

Hi Plusnet,

Having an issue with my account and setting my static IP. On the account page; I select "Activate your Static IP" and nothing happens and I'm still on dynamic.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

@mattmarchy Have you bought the static IP - a one-off  £5.00 fee?

@mattmarchy I'm pretty sure that the static IP ordering/activation from the account pages is broken (and has been for some while!)

You need to wait for a staff member to come along or call customer services.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

OK - try rebooting the Hub, or do a soft disconnect/reconnect from the Hub interface.
