Domains on this account missing

I have three domains registered through Plusnet. However since I no longer use Plusnet as my ISP, I've found that there are no domains listed on the page - https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=domainv2 ie the page is just blank where the list should be.

I spent 40 mins on the phone to the support line but they couldn't find a solution.

I'm not sure what to do next, as I need to amend the DNS records, in preparation for selling them.

Any advice for what I should try next?

Have you recently left Plusnet or have you had an email only account with the hosted domains for some time ?

Are these .uk domains?

I left some time ago, so yes, just email since.

Thanks for that confirmation. I'll try escalating this to see if one of the Help team can sort out what's happened.

Are the domains showing on whois as still registered or have they expired ?

If you get no joy with Plusnet, it is possible to get control of the domains via Nominet by logging into Online Services. They will make a small charge though for a change of registrar.
