START PXE over IPV4

Press to abort PXE boot

I see this when my desktop computer starts up.  It started when my contract was renewed. Now my wireless printer won't work. I can't update my Norton virus software.  How do I sort this out.  I'm a bit of a novice where computer problems occur.

Looks like your desktop BIOS has switched to booting from the network. Unless this is what it normally does , I suggest you get an expert to investigate and reset to its normal configuration.
