Checking Media Presence
Media Present .....
START PXE over IPV4
Press to abort PXE boot
I see this when my desktop computer starts up. It started when my contract was renewed. Now my wireless printer won't work. I can't update my Norton virus software. How do I sort this out. I'm a bit of a novice where computer problems occur.

Looks like your desktop BIOS has switched to booting from the network. Unless this is what it normally does , I suggest you get an expert to investigate and reset to its normal configuration.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
