Madasafish login to domain

Hi I am currently managing a domain previously hosted by madasafish. The domain is www.pilgrimsrest.co.uk a campsite.

The owner is now 88 is unable to operate it at the moment I have been trying to update it to temporarily closed but unable to log in as the password is not recognised. The owner isn't tech savvy and has obviously received documentation about changes and has most likely binned them. His wife Doris passed away 9 years ago, it was she who kept tags on everything and made sure things were updated. could you please send me links on logging in and changing the password please as a matter of urgency as the new season is about to start.

Many thanks

Re: Madasafish login to domain

The website in question is www.pilgrimsrest.co.uk as edited in the 1st post, but it dosn't recognise the edit, or is that something the forum dosn't allow?

This hasn't fixed my problem, I don't know where that green tick came from

Re: Madasafish login to domain

@Grayham Your second and third posts do not make much sense - the edit went through OK, and I can't see any green tick.

Unfortunately, only the registered website owner is able to request details such as you have requested, for obvious security reasons.

I can't help any further, I am afraid, as I am not Plusnet staff, but hopefully one of the Help Team will pick this up in the near future, although I don't know how much help they will be able to provide.

Re: Madasafish login to domain

Thank you for your reply John, the edit was for the website which when I clicked on it didn't come up just saying can't find the website and displays the original entry which had a d instead of the g reading as pildrims.

perhaps the quys at plusnet could write to Jim Manley Pilgrims Rest Knighton Road Wembury PL9 0JD or Call him on 01752 863429 or his Mobile 07742 982957 and supply the necessary details to enable the changes

Sorry Graham - I don't think Plusnet would be able to do what you suggest, but hopefully one of the Help  Team will pick this up and try to help. Sorry I can't be of further assistance.

Re: Madasafish login to domain

Hi Grayham, we'd need direct  contact from the account holder to make those changes, as you need to manage the domain going forward it would be worth them asking for you to be added as an "authorised contact" the account.
