Plusnet domain transfer

I have a .co.uk domain name I obtained when I first signed up with PlusNet, years and years ago.
It's linked to my personal email. However I have had some problems with the PlusNet email system.
I've checked the ICANN website and the current registrar is indeed PlusNet
I want to transfer the domain to IONOS to get more flexibility with email - they already host a dozen or so domains for me.
Can anybody advise how I go about this?

@anthonytravis you post here and one of the staff will spot this and raise a ticket so that use can supply the details i.e domain name and new IPSTAG. They'll then raise a request to NetOPS to transfer the domain.
