Please remove my username (which contains my full name) from the reverse record on my Static IP
Looking at previous threads it seems that posting here is the correct way to request this

Thanks Adam,
Do you know how long it will take for the nameserver to update (it is still returning my username)?

Hi Jacob, sorry for the delay to this, there's been an issue with the original request for this that got raised for you. I'll get it put straight. What would you like the RDNS to be set to instead of showing the username? - Adam

Thanks Adam!
Please set it to anything non-identifiable, random string, whatever

No probs, I've raised a new task for that now and I've added details onto your account here to confirm: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=235383327

Hi, the support ticket was closed with the following detail:
"Thank you for your message in regards updating the rDNS to your IP address instead of the username. It is not possible for this to be done your static IP is unique to your account connection and the address is connected to your Plusnet account."
I recall seeing numerous posts here where other customers had the same request completed - is it no longer possible? How else can I remove my full name from the reverse DNS record?

@jacob - you need either @adamwalker or @willcutforth to suggest the job gets done properly - that response on the ticket was a load of rubbish.

@jacob - I've reraised the task to update the RDNS. The previous task wasn't raised correctly and was closed. I'm sorry for that.
