Returning Plusnet Router

Hi,

I've also just registered on here so that I can send my old router back. I'm keen to recycle it if I can.

Can I have apre-paid returns bag please?

Thank you kindly! 😊

Hi @dukehousedc

See posts at https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Return-of-router-etc/m-p/1705561/highlight/true#M23210 and https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Couple-of-Technicolour-routers-to-return/m-p/1690924/h...

The Royal Mail link https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2886 for printing the no-postage-cost label still looks to be working - @Gandalf  would probably be the person to ask about whether an envelope could be provided, should you not have something to hand that you can use.

Re: Returning Plusnet Router

Out of interest, what happens to returned routers/ devices?

I've got a few old routers lying about , plusnet and non plusnet and their final destination will more than likely be in the general household waste bin ( black wheelie bin) or the local council tip e-waste area ( although covid restrictions make journeys to the tip almost impossible)

Re: Returning Plusnet Router

This is a good idea, is there an address that old routers can be sent to, and does it have to be Plusnet routers? I have several from over the years that I'd like to recycle rather than just bin.
