Safeguard will not stay enabled

Login to Plusnet web site
Go to --> My Perks --> Safeguard is 'Off'
Set Safeguard toggle to 'On' and 'Save changes'.
Looks good
Logout from Plusnet
Log back in
Safeguard is back at 'Off'
