Static IP after move

Hi,
We have moved flat and took the PlusNet broadband contract with us.
The contract includes a static IP.
Yesterday it was the activation day and after some rocky connection experience throughout the day, it now seems stable and at the expected speed.
Some time yesterday morning, however, I could see my static IP as active.
Today I cannot. Today I have a different IP, perhaps dynamic, I do not know.
Anyone experienced the same after moving?
Perhaps the IP cannot be made available in the new flat area?
If it has to be an other IP, I do not mind, as long as it is communicated.

Perhaps the IP cannot be made available in the new flat area?
Location is irrelevant, the static IP is associated with the account.
You need one of the Plusnet help team to advise what has happened
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi Marina,
Sorry about this, I've refreshed the broadband component to fix the problem.
If you can turn your router off then on again you'll have your original static IP back.
Let us know if there are any issues.

I have just restarted the router and the static IP is back
