Re: Transfer freenetname / madasfish domain

@Bizzi Plusnet no longer offer 'new' domain hosting. The service is a legacy one.

Re: Transfer freenetname / madasfish domain

I'm another totalserve/madasafish member with problems. Forget the script readers, whip I'd suggest have moved off shore. Sio much for TV adds telling us that PN only used UK call centres.

My Plusnet webmail logged me on, till I decided too change pass word to a memorable one. HELP . If PN must use offshore centres, can someone ensure that English is native tongue and they know that Plusnet own totalserve/madasafish .

Hi Bizzi

Transferred to ecohosting. Yes, you keep your domain name as you transfer it from PN to ecohosting (in my case).

It's no longer "free"(netname) though as it's a paid service now with monthly/yearly fee applicable, I'm afraid.

What makes you think that Plusnet has placed any support off-shore?  Unless anything has changed in the last couple of weeks, all of their support is located in three Yorkshire cities.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
