low network bandwith

Recently, when on a zoom call, I have had an unstable network connection with the notice 'low network bandwidth'.  I am only 8 feet away from the router and the internet speed is 70mbps  I have tried using the ethernet connection, reinstalling the zoom app and resetting the router with no improvement.  Any ideas to help would be appreciated.

@anthonyw is it just on zoom or on other apps as well?

Thanks for the reply.  It just seems to be zoom on my chromebook.  I have another chromebook and it seems better on that. It seems like it is something to do with the computer
