It has just staerted raining and connection immediately dropped.

I'm sorry to hear that your connection is having issues again.

So we can investigate further can you raise a fault here and post back once you've done so.

This will allow us to pick the matter up straight away

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

They will tell you to raise a fault then tell you an engineer is booked but if he finds no fault they charge u £65 they will never find an intermittent fault. And if fault occurs when they are on site they use excuse their equipment knocked it out for a second. Most of the times it's the [-Censored-] wiring from pole to house but you can guarantee the fault will be inside according to them.

Ticket now raised. It certainly isn't in the house as it rarely rains in here! (-:
