In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

So... Manually changing the DNS servers and saving - then restarting the Hub 2 - doesn't change the default router DNS servers! Why not? (Because Plusnet configuration overrides settings?)
The DNS server setting on the Hub 2 changes the DNS servers that are supplied to LAN DHCP clients when they obtain a lease such that they now bypass the router DNS. It does not change the DNS server that the router obtains via its PPPoE connection.

It is indeed certainly for raising and discussing real issues, but not for complaining for the sake of complaining which is how it appears some posts are being perceived by several members of the community. Add to that scare stories about things being "down" when they are not, is not overly helpful.
