Disconnections since DLM reset

Last week I submitted a fault as the download and upload speed was slow and Plusnet reset the DLM. The speed has increased but the internet connection disconnects once a day since the DLM was reset

Hiya @Scottonpc, I'm really sorry for the issues with your service.

 

I can certainly see that there been a number of drops occurring with the connection and so I have raised a request to have your profile amended to stable to try help with this. The line does also look to be banded and so I have raised a request to have this lifted also for you and created a new ticket here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=220315517
