Frequent Internet Disconnections since 11 Dec

Getting frequent dropouts recently since 11 December. Before this, the service was pretty solid for many months. Ive tried to ext the SMS fault line but it doesn't recognise my mobile number (and we don't have a phone line).
Any suggestions of what to do?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks for that link, I hadn't seen those before.
I don't think this is a case of false reports, as my secondary "Internet issues" alert system (aka my kids) had confirmed that the internet was definitely not working when there was more than a couple of minutes' break in service!

hi @Tina11192 - is there any way I can check the status of this fault? Others in my street using different providers (BT And Vodafone) have similar problems and use the same network provider and still not resolved.
When the fault is resolved will we get any sort of notification?

Hey @iainnapier,
The way we log Major service outages on our end you will not get automatically notified once it has been resolved I have checked the Major service outage, and it was resolved on January 5, 2025, at 2:42 PM. I also ran a test on your line, and no faults were found.
