I'm on a BT fibre connection. I used the BT speed tester. I think the Hub2 also uses that.

Still not totally with you. I'm not with a BT group company, although my ISP uses their network, but I don't use their speed test - as the Hub2 doesn't, as it doesn't do speed tests, but I get the results I expect.

The BT speedtest for full fibre isn't great, you're much better off using Speedtest.net
