Hub 2 orange and LON light red

Hi, at just after 8pm my Internet went down(Doncaster - dn4) , I tried the usual unplug it all (socket and hub) from mains power and back on, no change though.
The plusnet help bot, but I've just got told to text for an advisor in the morning. Anything else I can/ need to do?

A red LOS (not LON) means there is a fault in the Openreach circuit somewhere - you need to contact PN to get  them to raise the fault with OR.

Thanks John, pleasantly surprised to see it came back to life somewhere between midnight and 1am, and seems to be working fine.
Spoiled my night in front of the TV, but relieved to see it's OK! Thanks for your reply.
