@Suarez I can see a new router has been sent out today, I can also see you've got a active connection. Is everything working now?

Hi,

Yes, we did some testing with customer service.

We found that when 2 of the 3 ethernet cables were plugged in, the router reverted to the green light. It was working with only 1.

So a new router was sent.

I have since tried the other two ethernet cables later, and this time the router did not go green.

At the moment, all working okay.
