I have no

Not had internet since yesterday afternoon in Lincoln is there a problem.

@John40 Welcome to the forums. You say you have no internet. What colour are the lights on the Hub, and what self-help have you undertaken. A few more details may enable other Community members, and Plusnet Help Team  staff to help you.

They are all green accept the internet and that one is red.

OK, have you done anything like rebooting the Hub, for instance, although that may not help, in this case?

Can you post a screenshot of your Hubs Help Desk page?

Hiya @John40, I'm really sorry for the issues with your service!

 

I've had a check and it looks like your connection is now back up and running again, which is good to see. Looking at the logs, it looks like your router was trying to connect with the wrong password.

I don't know why it should have done it as it was working ok then it just stopped working. It had not been touched and it was all changed all by itself. The lad I spoke to was brilliant.
